What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Because everything is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing, or preference.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. Once the order goes into production, we're unable to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere the internet exists.

How long does shipping take?

Production: 2–5 business days

Delivery estimates:

USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

Europe: 7–15 business days

Australia/NZ: 7–15 business days

Worldwide: 10–20 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yep. Worldwide free shipping, no minimums.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website

How do I find my size?

Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page.

We recommend checking measurements to ensure the best fit.

If you’re between sizes, go up for a more relaxed “CS student” fit.
